You placed your order/deposit
- Order Confirmation: We will email you within 24 hours to confirm your order with the estimated date of your delivery. We offer free delivery within a 35 mile radius of the ranch in Hope, NJ.
If you would like to pick up your share package at the ranch, we will be happy to give you a tour.
- Butcher Instruction Sheet: As a reminder, you will receive an equal share of steaks and roasts from the forequarter and hindquarter. If you would like to make changes to your butcher instruction sheet, PLEASE download the editable PDF and save it to your computer. When you are done making your changes, please save again and attach the PDF to an email and send it back to us. We pre-populated the instruction sheet with our recommendations, for the type of steaks (and thickness) and roasts (and weight). If you don’t have any changes, simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org letting us know that you approve of our selections. If you would like to modify the standard butcher cut sheet, simply adjust the thickness of your steaks (range 1-2″) or the weight of your roasts (range 2-4lbs). If you select NOT to receive a particular type of steak and/or roast, by unchecking the “yes” box next to the steak or roast cut, it will be made into stew cubes or ground beef.

- Delivery and Final Invoice: A week before your share package is ready, we will contact you to coordinate the delivery of your order, and send you the following:
- A summary sheet that highlights the # of cuts by total weight
- The Final Invoice with the hanging weight for your share package
- Frequently Asked Questions: We have a compiled a list of frequently asked questions. If any of your questions, are not listed, please let us know.
